[UPDATE] And Then There Were Two...

The second and final Democrat on the Cuyahoga County elections board has resigned. That just leaves the two Republicans that are threatening to fight Brunner in court, even though it's pretty much a wasted effort on their part.

Update: Brunner has filed a complaint against the remaining two members.
