Mike DeWine On The Supreme Court?
I know Mike DeWine needs to find a job right now but that doesn't mean I'd put him on the short list to fill a Supreme Court seat.
Has DeWine ever even been a judge at any point in his life? I know he was a prosecutor, but even that was a long time ago. I think a Supreme Court appointee should have to have some experience behind the bench.
To push a nomination through a Democratic Senate, Bush may choose a U.S. Senator, a suggestion once recommended by incoming Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid. Ont he short list: Mike DeWine (R-OH), Mel Martinez (R-FL), Mike Crapo (R-ID) or Lindsey Graham (R-SC).
