Britain To Stop Use Of The Phrase 'War on Terror'

Since Congress released that report a while back saying Iraq had no ties to al-Qaeda shouldn't we stop using that phrase? Which is the worst lie, I did not have sex with that women or calling Iraq a war on terror?
