Stevens Again Holding Up Anti-Pork Bill

Sen. Ted Stevens (R-AK) replaced his hold on the pork transparency bill and once again he isn't alone. It seems that there is mystery Democrat that has also placed a hold on the bill. Sen. Robert Byrd of West Virginia had placed a hold in the past but dropped it when he announced that he had done it.
