Ohio 6th and 18th Districts Both Leaning Democrat

Ohio 2006 is reporting that Democrats are leading polls in both the 6th and 18th districts. Both seats are open. The 18th seat is currently held by Bob Ney who, due to scandal allegations, pulled out of the race. The 6th district is held by Ted Strickland who is the Democratic nominee for Ohio Governor.

6th District
56% Wilson (D)
40% Blasdel (R)

18th District
47% Space (D)
43% Undetermined Republican

The 18th district will choose a Republican candidate in a September 14th special election.
