BREAKING: John Mark Karr Case Dropped

The case against John Mark Karr has been dropped after DNA tests didn't match DNA samples found at the 1996 crime scene. Karr had been accused of killing 6 year old JonBenet Ramsey 10 years ago and had confessed to the crime. Several inconsistencies arose from the confession prompting many to believe that he didn't commit the crime but was just obsessed with the case.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Colorado prosecutors will not charge schoolteacher John Mark Karr with the murder of 6-year-old JonBenet Ramsey after tests showed his DNA does not match DNA found in her underwear, Karr's attorney said on CNN.

"The warrant on Mr Karr has been dropped by the district attorney. They're not proceeding with this case," Karr's lawyer, Seth Temin, said on CNN.
